Continuum Therapy Partners in Allen, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN schedule at Christian Care Community of Allen. We are a therapist-led organization with a growing network across multiple states, dedicated to elevating quality of life for residents in skilled care.

The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

Responsabilités

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
