Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN role at Tomahawk Health Services in Tomahawk, WI. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

This position is daytime PRN with flexibility to fit your life while contributing to quality patient care. A PTA license and an associates degree are required; one year of PTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in PTA program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license required.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
