Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Mount Vernon, IL facility. In this PRN role, you will support therapists by implementing individualized treatment plans and monitoring patient progress under supervision.

You will educate patients on home exercise programs, document changes, and communicate status to the supervising PT. A PTA license and an associate degree are required or preferred, with prior experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
