Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant at RenVilla Health Center in Renville, MN. This PRN role supports licensed therapists in delivering patient-centered care across our Minnesota facilities.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and current MN PTA licensure, with prior PTA experience preferred. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and devices.

• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
