Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Belleville, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our Four Fountains location. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active state license, with a preference for 1 year of PTA experience to help deliver patient-centered care.

The role is PRN with emphasis on implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on home programs and device use.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
