Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our La Crescent, MN team. The PTA will implement treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Minimum requirements include an Associate Degree in PTA and an active PTA license; one year of PTA experience is preferred. This position is PRN at La Crescent Health Services in Minnesota.

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
