Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Port St. Lucie, FL team. You will implement treatment plans under a supervising PT, document progress, and educate patients on home programs and device use.

Full-time daytime schedule with comprehensive benefits, 401k with company match, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO. Located at Savannas Park Health and Rehabilitation Center, Port St. Lucie, FL.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• One year of previous PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
