Continuum Therapy Partners in LaBelle, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its therapist-led team. You will implement treatment plans under supervision of a PT, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercises and proper use of assistive devices.

The role is full-time with daytime hours at LaBelle Health and Rehabilitation Center, offering full benefits, licensure reimbursement, 401k with match, and generous PTO. Prior experience preferred; licensure required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
