Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team at the Dade City Health and Rehabilitation Center. This full-time role offers daytime hours and a supportive environment that values professional perspective.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Under supervision, implements individualized treatment plans.
