Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join a therapist-led team focused on a responsive therapy environment. Each PTA will support treatment plans and patient progress under supervision, contributing to a nationwide footprint across multiple states.

The role requires an accredited PTA program, active license, and a preference for candidates with prior PTA experience. LaBelle, FL location offers full-time daytime schedules and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires PTA program completion and state licensure.
• Possesses current, unencumbered PTA license.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Document patient progress and report changes to supervising PT.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
