Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Florida team. You will work under a supervising PT to implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and device use.

This full-time daytime role offers a comprehensive benefits package, licensure reimbursement, company match 401(k), life insurance, and generous PTO at our Dade City facility. Experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA program required
• Active PTA license in good standing
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred
• Under supervision of a PT, implement treatment plans
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and devices

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
