Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support PT-led patient care at our Mesquite, TX locations. This PRN role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and educating patients on home exercises under PT supervision.

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
