AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patient care across home health settings. You will collaborate with therapists and case managers to implement treatment plans and document progress accurately.

The role requires an Associate degree as a PTA, BLS, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position emphasizes patient education, adherence to insurance guidelines, and continuous improvement in care delivery.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office.
Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English.

Responsibilities

Maintain interdisciplinary communication to plan and discharge care.
Maintain productivity and adjust hours to patient needs.
Participate in meetings and performance improvement initiatives.
