• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate with the Physical Therapist for necessary adjustments.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on identified needs and treatment plans.
• Document interventions and patient progress accurately, completely, and timely, in line with standards and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
