H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Murray, Kentucky. This full-time PTA position offers a collaborative environment that supports clinical excellence and professional growth.

You’ll work with an experienced team to help patients recover mobility and independence. Qualified candidates bring an associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program and current licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
• Workload typically around 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
