Job summary

Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Murray, KY is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support on-site therapy services and resident recovery programs.

We offer PRN and Fulltime positions with competitive pay. Applicants must hold PTA licensure and have education from an accredited PTA program; additional certifications may be required. Walk-in interviews are welcome as part of our open recruitment drive.

Responsibilities

• Consult patients and assist them in achieving optimum recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and complete appropriate documentation.
• Attend staff meetings and educational sessions as assigned.

Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Murray, KY. The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist assistant or physical therapist.

• Experience in working with adults, adolescents, or certain populations (e.g., cancer patients) preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of basic exercise principles, body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques preferred but not required.
