You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function in a multidisciplinary setting with PTAs and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current KY Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification where applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility, strength and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehab.
• Collaborate with PTAs and support staff to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, home exercises and injury prevention.
• Accurately document evaluations, progression and outcomes.
• Build meaningful patient relationships with compassionate, patient-centered care.
