FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Madison, CT is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care. You will work under a Physical Therapist to provide 1-on-1 therapy, typically serving 10–14 patients daily in a fast-paced clinic.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a possible 4-day workweek, no weekends, and benefits including PTO/medical/dental, CE support, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. Salary ranges from $28 to $35 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Connecticut (PTA) with active license or in final stages of licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, balance, vestibular, or functional mobility therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under PT supervision.
• Deliver 1-on-1 care, typically 10–14 patients per day.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with documentation.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered clinic environment.
