Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Illinois (or in final stages of licensure).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist with 1-on-1 care.
• Carry out individualized plans of care for orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.
• Document treatments accurately and educate patients on exercises and wellness strategies.
