Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Madison, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care. You will provide one-on-one PTA treatments, support balance and vestibular therapies, and collaborate with PTs to develop and execute individualized care plans.

Salary: $28 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday |4-day workweek option available| No Weekends

We are an outpatient clinic specializing inpersonalized care, balance and vestibular therapy, and functional movement, helping patients regain confidence and independence in their daily lives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist including 1 on 1 care ranging from 10 – 14 per day.
• Carry out individualized plans of care
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Connecticut (or in the final stages of licensure)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
• Positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy experience is a plus (not required)
