Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Wilson is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. You will help patients improve mobility and function while working in a supportive, team-based environment.

We offer a competitive hourly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and opportunities for continuing education and clinical mentorship within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina PTA license required.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality patient care.
• Outpatient experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and prescribed treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
