Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Wilson, NC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide PTA-led treatments under a licensed PT, help patients improve mobility and restore function, and support a positive patient experience.

We offer a competitive hourly pay of $29–$33, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, health/dental/vision, CE credits and mentorship, and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Outpatient experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and prescribed treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
