FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bedford, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The role emphasizes 40‑minute, one‑on‑one visits in a collaborative clinic with growth opportunities across orthopedic, balance, vestibular and neurologic care.

No evenings or weekend hours are required, with a four‑day workweek option and strong mentorship. Base salary is $76,000–$102,000 per year, with up to 10% performance bonus, health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT license is required by start date.
• DPT or MPT (or equivalent) is required or preferred.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, balance, vestibular or neurologic rehab is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide one‑on‑one treatment across orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurologic and geriatric populations.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and fall prevention.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, the Clinical Director and client care specialists.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews and ongoing training.
• Document efficiently in EMR (Prompt EMR).
