The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Boca Raton, FL. The PTA will work with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality therapy services that improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life for residents.

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to residents.
• Monitor progress and report changes to supervising PT.
• Document treatments and resident responses per guidelines.
• Assist with gait training, transfer training, balance and strengthening.
