Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN across our in-house SNF therapy programs at Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL.

You will provide skilled PTA services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence in a SNF setting. PRN role with enhanced rates when benefits are waived.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life
