Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center. This PRN PTA position serves residents in skilled nursing facilities, delivering skilled therapy and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and quality of life.

Licensed Florida PTA, graduates of accredited PTA programs, and SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active Florida PTA license
