Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time SNF role in Tampa, Florida, working inside dedicated rehab gyms to help residents regain function.

This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, modern facilities, supportive leadership, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and daily pay options.

Florida PTA licensure is required (license-eligible considered); SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (must be licensed or license-eligible).
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
