Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida. The role supports residents’ safety, mobility, and independence as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The PRN position offers competitive pay, benefits-waived rates, and modern rehab gyms. Applicants should have a Florida PTA license and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents as part of an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
