Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, and reports findings to the supervising PT.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patients' responses and progress for the supervising PT.
• Provides patients and families with exercise techniques and safety guidance for home progress.
• Supports PTs in evaluating patient needs and progress with additional observations.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
