Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support a senior-focused care team in Indiana. The PTA will contribute to therapy plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and safety.

Responsibilities include documenting responses and collaborating with therapists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Requirements include an Associate Degree and a current PTA license; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current, valid state PTA licensure or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, and reports findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provides instructions to patients and families on exercise techniques and safety.
• Supports therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
