Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises and modalities.
• Observes patient responses and documents progress for supervision.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient responses and progress.
• Provides instructions to patients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Supports Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
