Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for our Spring Hill, TN location. This on-site, full-time position involves direct patient care under supervision of physical therapists, with opportunities to work across diverse orthopedic cases.

Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited therapy program, Tennessee licensure eligibility, CPR certification, and strong communication skills to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited therapy program.
• Must possess or be eligible for Tennessee licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality daily treatment for orthopedic patients.
• Assess patients' abilities and tolerance to treatment to help develop plans.
• Provide updates with therapists, physicians, and patients on progress.
• Assist therapists with scheduling and treatment logistics.
• Provide timely documentation, progress notes, and functional reports.
• Complete charging for services and supplies with accurate documentation.
• Adhere to federal and state laws and TOA guidelines to ensure quality care.
