Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support orthopedic patients across our clinics. You will perform daily treatments, assess patient progress, and assist the supervising physical therapist with treatment planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program and licensed to practice in Tennessee.
• CPR certification and ability to engage with patients empathetically.
• Strong communication and time-management skills for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality daily treatments for orthopedic patients.
• Assess patient progress and assist therapists with planning.
• Maintain frequent updates with therapists, physicians and patients.
• Assist with scheduling and accommodating patient needs.
• Provide accurate documentation and reports for insurance providers.
• Complete charging for services and supplies with proper documentation.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations and TOA guidelines.
