Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Massachusetts. You will support patients under a PT, focusing on mobility and independence, with opportunities for travel or permanent placement.

New grads are welcome and you’ll join a supportive team from onboarding through contract completion. Housing, meal, and travel stipends are available for travelers, with flexible options and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.
• Fit for duty within past year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing physical therapy services under the direction of a PT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals.
• Focus on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
