Saber Health Group’s Valley Hill Health and Rehab in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to help residents regain function in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will provide therapeutic support under supervision and educate patients for discharge.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return resident to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals in a SNF setting.
