Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to work in a skilled nursing facility in Marion, NC. You will help residents regain function and meet therapy goals, with education and home exercise planning as part of discharge readiness.

Position requires an Associate's Degree in PTA and active licensure in North Carolina, plus basic computer skills for EHR use. We offer flexible pay options, PTO, 401K, and growth opportunities, with a $5,000 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return residents to optimal physical function and support therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Educate patients on maintenance programs and independent exercises post-discharge.
• Assist with activity modification and discharge planning in collaboration with therapy team.
