Saber Health Group in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a SNF location at Valley Hill Health and Rehab in Hendersonville. Full-time role with Monday through Friday shifts; wage $33.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will work with a compassionate therapy team to return residents to optimal function and support discharge planning with education and home exercise guidance. Eligible for benefits and growth opportunities in a family-like environment.

Qualifications

Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work.
Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Return residents to optimal physical function in a SNF setting and assist in achieving patient and therapy goals.
Instruct residents in maintaining function post-discharge through education and home exercise plans.
Support discharge planning and continuity of care with appropriate activity modification.
