This is a part-time position with negotiable wage shifts. Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree in PTA and a current NC PTA license, with basic computer skills for EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered PTA license in North Carolina.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Restore residents to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintaining function with independent exercises and activity modification.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and family to achieve goals.
• Document progress and outcomes in the electronic health record.
