Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team across multiple Dallas-area locations. The PTA will support therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT, maintain accurate treatment records, and participate in care conferences and team meetings.

We offer competitive pay starting at $33/hour for full-time, plus 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and CEU opportunities. Licensure in the practicing state is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license in practicing state.
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate professionally to patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients as directed by the physical therapist.
• Records treatments given in medical record.
• Participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings.
• Communicates with supervising therapist and rehab team regarding patient progress and plans.
• Participates in facility in-service training programs.
• Records daily treatments and labor according to procedure and state rules.
