Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Texas. The position offers full-time or part-time options with a starting pay of $33/hour for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Current license in the practicing state.
• Must have good communication skills and relate professionally to patients, family members, and staff.
• Must be capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients as directed by the physical therapist.
• Records treatments given in medical record.
• Participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings.
• Communicates with supervising therapist, rehab director and other team members regarding patient progress.
• Participates in facility in-service training programs.
• Records daily treatments and labor according to procedures and state PT rules.
