Jordan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Louisa, Kentucky is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a compassionate nursing team. The role focuses on assisting patients with therapeutic exercises, following treatment plans, and promoting mobility and independence.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $30-$37 based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA ) certification in the state of Kentucky
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle physical aspects of patient care.

Mansioni

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Implement treatment plans developed by our Physical Therapists and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
