Jordan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Louisa, KY seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to join our therapy team and support rehabilitation for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

You will assist with therapeutic exercises, implement plans, educate families, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. Flexible shifts including weekends are available.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle physical aspects of patient care.

Are you a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) eager to make a positive impact on patients' lives? We’re looking for a talented PTA to join our dynamic therapy team in Louisa, Kentucky in delivering outstanding rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. This position is for PRN with flexible shifts, including weekends.

Pay: based on experience

Schedule: PRN

What You’ll Do:

1. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
