AED CONSTRUCTORES in California is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with Skilled Nursing Facility experience to join a supportive healthcare team. Work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans for geriatric patients and those recovering from illness or surgery.

The role involves assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and documenting progress; education for patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility is required.

Competenze

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent PTA experience preferred within the last 5 years.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities under supervision.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques.
