AED CONSTRUCTORES in Fresno, CA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help geriatric patients regain mobility and independence.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, educating patients, and maintaining documentation in a compliant facility setting.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California.
• Minimum of 6 months PTA experience within the last 5 years preferred.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises, safety, and mobility techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
