Renewal Rehab is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. The position offers a $55,000.00 - $70,000.00/year compensation and a sign-on bonus.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing clinical education, and opportunities for advancement within Enhance Therapies family. As a PTA, you will work under a licensed PT, assist in patient selection and evaluation coordination, and maintain compliant documentation to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure physician orders are current.
