Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the practicing state
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure physician orders are current and obtained
