Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. The position offers a sign-on bonus and competitive pay.

You will provide physical therapy treatments under supervision, assist in identifying suitable patients, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality patient outcomes. This role supports professional growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
