Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join its Full-Time care team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The role offers a $55,000.00 - $70,000.00/year compensation with a sign-on bonus and full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include providing PT-assisted therapies under supervision, identifying suitable patients, coordinating evaluations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all orders are current. Associate degree and active license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
