Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF/long-term care settings. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus available and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide PT assistant services under supervision, assist with patient selection, document compliance, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care. We value growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
