Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
